Celebration on Route
Timed to occur during peak migration in the Mexican state of Coahuila, the International Balloon Festival took place this year from October 12 - 21. Monarchs pass through this valley on their way to the winter sanctuaries. The Secretary of Tourism hopes visitors will come to witness migration this way.
