Counting Monarch Butterfly Eggs
Homeschool 7th grade students Rachel and Gwen counted eggs at their study site in Tennessee. They found 16 eggs on 12 milkweed plants; all were underneath the leaves.

"We collected the 16 eggs. There were freeze warnings the next few nights so we aren't sure what happened to the plants, or eggs that remained uncollected."
