Kindergarten Scientists
The milkweed patch is a place of discovery for students at Harambee Elementary.

"We have been anxiously watching our milkweed patches looking for signs of monarchs. Our kindergarten scientists discovered that while we somehow missed the eggs — and have not seen adult butterflies — we discovered our first larva. Monarchs have visited our milkweed!"
