Much of the robin range is having below-average temperatures. Meteorologist Paul Douglas says according to NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center, the 8- to 14-day temperature outlook suggests much warmer temperatures moving in across the southern half of the nation, while the northern regions will stay a little cooler than average.
