Are no larger than 8 1/2 x 11 |
|
Are made entirely from paper (Please use recycled paper!) |
|
Are flat, not 3 dimensional |
|
Have no 3D decorations |
|
Have the name & full address of sender, clearly typed |
|
Have messages to Mexican students, clearly typed |
Our Mailing Envelope (No boxes permitted) | |

Contains no more than 30 butterflies. (1 envelope per 30 butterflies.) |
|
Shows the exact number of butterflies enclosed, written on the front. |
|
Does NOT contain a Symbolic Songbird! (Do not combine Monarch & Songbirds in one envelope!) |
Contains a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. (See details below) | |
|
Is addressed to: "Send a Monarch" c/o Journey North, 125 North 1st St., Mpls. MN 55401 USA |
|
Is postmarked no later than the October 9, 1998 deadline. |
Our Return Envelope (Self-addressed, stamped) | |
|
Has our school address clearly written on the front. |
|
U.S. stamps are affixed, with adequate postage for the return trip from MN. (Canadian stamps will be accepted.) |
|
Has no tape covering the stamps, and we did not use a postage meter. |
|
Shows the exact number of butterflies we sent, written on the front. |
|
Is big enough for the safe return of the same number of butterflies. |
