| Background | He was one of the group of manatees tagged with Hillary and Xena (followed by JN last year) in Georgia in March 1997. He was rescued from the North River, Georgia by Sea World on 25 March 1998, suffering from chronic cold stress. He recovered well at Sea World and was re-tagged and released at Blue Spring on 19 Aug 1998, but we lost the signal in the St. Johns River, just north of Blue Spring on 20 August. He was retagged again on 19 January 1999 |
