Tulips have
EMERGED in Sterling,Alaska: Sara Hepner writes, "Our tulips are up
early this year, despite the late spring. We think the ground wasn't frozen
as hard because of the heavy snow layer."
And in Cabot, VT we have BLOOMING tulips: Pamela Hull writes, “Our
tulips bloomed on May 1. Three days later we had an inch of snow.”
