October 10, 2005 Migration Departure Rescheduled for October 14 Take-off Delayed "Due to recent bad weather that curtailed the number of flying days when we have been able to train the birds, the forecast of poor weather later this week, and the number of things that still need to be done, we have rescheduled our target departure date to Oct 14th," announced Team Leader Joe Duff. "Long-range forecast predicts good weather for several days starting on or about the 14th."
