Boone County has overcast skies, 47 degrees F, and winds right out of the south. They're stuck on the ground again. Meanwhile, look at these whooping cranes. They were migrating last week in Nebraska. (They are part of the western population that migrates 2,600 miles from Alberta to Texas.) But...
