Migration Day 6

Stuck in Green County, WI
Going nowhere today.

Would this be the day to migrate out of Wisconsin and enter Illinois? All three trikes were airborne to test flying conditions first thing this morning. Rain fell and winds increased soon after take-off, so they made the call to stand down. Weather over the weekend is expected to worsen. OM's Heather Ray says it looks like the "Green County Weather Curse" is back. Total distance traveled: 93.8 miles.

  • What does Heather mean by the "Green County Curse"? See for yourself by looking at the Migration Data from migrations 2001 and 2002. How many days did bad weather keep them in Green County then? Keep hoping for the best. Illinois is just one flight away!
