Eagles Fishing
September 15: There are a lot more eagles this week than last week. We saw 196 today. They are mostly on the Klehini River. We also saw a chum salmon in the Klehini River. The leaves on the trees have changed color more this week. On the Chilkoot River, we counted 65 eagles, 1863 seagulls, and a brown bear. There seemed to be a lot of eagles flying over us on the Chilkoot River, including juveniles.
