Lucifer Hummingbird (Calothorax lucifer)
Adults are mainly green with a long bill and small wings. The male has iridescent magenta throat and a green cap. Females are larger than males and less colorful. A medium-sized hummingbird, 9.5-10 cm (3.5-4") long.
