Drive Carefully!
This highway sign in northern Mexico reminds drivers to be careful. The mountains in this region funnel the monarchs into rivers of butterflies. People receive a flyer at toll booths. It reads, "Moderate your speed. Yield to the monarch butterfly." "Let's join the campaign!" says Rocio Trevino, who coordinates Mexico's migration-tracking project. "We can give this flyer to schools, friends and family who travel this highway." Rocio knows people are eager to help monarchs when they learn how.
