Where Are American Robins Found?
This map shows the breeding and wintering range of the American Robin. What do you you notice? North America's most widespread songbird covers a whole continent and more! In summer, robin range extends from Alaska, most of Canada, and Northern New England. In winter, it extends as far south as the highlands of Mexico and Guatemala. Robins can be found throughout most of the United States all year round, and they are common in the southern parts of their range at least in winter. No wonder the robin is our most familiar bird!

Do You Know? One state in the USA has no robins. Which one? Why?
