Carol Ann Margolis, education coordinator for Albany County Convention & Visitors Bureau coordinates local schools' Journey North tulip garden projects. Albany is host to an annual tulip festival now in its 62nd year! Her work took her to the source of our Red Emperor tulips in the Netherlands this spring where she photographed these familiar red blossoms.
