Modoc County 4-H, Surprise Valley Elementary, California
Today, November 2, 2011, thirty students got tulip bulbs to take home and plant. They all live in or around our valley from Ft. Bidwell to Eagleville and on Cedar Pass and Long Valley, Nevada. This is a project for 4H and SEALS (After School program) at Surprise Valley Elementary School in Modoc County.
