"We are in a moderate climate close to the Mediterranean Sea. This is the 5th year we have planted a tulip test garden for Journey North in Italy. Here in Naples we were unable to plant in the grounds around our school, so we use large flower boxes. This is a warm region, so we didn't plant until early January.
