Back to This Week's Update

Snow fell on a Georgia garden in February after the tulips emerged. Gardeners reported, " Some of our emerging buds are damaged and wrinkly, with brown areas on them. We think this is due to the amount of severe cold we had when the buds were exposed to freezing temperatures."

The earliest tulips grew in the high steppes (grasslands) and mountains of Asia. They survived harsh conditions. Will your tulips be alright if hit with cold and snowy weather this spring?
