Reading Maps
Map skills are an important part of your tulip Test Garden study. Josiah, from Iowa, shares how he explored this map featured on the February 14th Journal Page.
"Using this map I labeled the 5 visible continents and the four oceans in this part of the Earth. Then I traced the 30 degree latitude line and marked where the equator is located. I studied the legend and noticed the snow on the landmasses and the ice covering the oceans! Very interesting!"
