Ms. O'Neill's third grade class reported that 14 tulips had emerged in their garden.
"Our tulip plants looked like little green mountains with tips of pink and green horns. The leaves were layered. The tallest one we estimated to be 8 centimeters tall! We're wondering when the others will emerge."
