How will emerged tulips survive spring snowstorms? Oklahoma gardeners discover that the tulip is a resilient plant. What else did they learn from experimenting with fall planting?

"We had an emergence and then an ice and snowstorm came in. We read that if it is not a prolonged freeze then the tulip would be fine. It was. We had another emergence on February 28 and yesterday, March 5, another. This one here is one we planted upside down just as an experiment."
