A warm April day can coax your tulip garden into bloom. A cold April snowfall might lay it down temporarily, but the plants will spring back afterwards.
"After a very long and cold winter our tulips finally bloomed over the weekend when it was 80 degrees. However, it is supposed to snow tonight in Cincinnati. What will happen to our tulips?"
