U-turn
What ever happened to those experimental bulbs you planted upside-down? Students at Orchard View in Middlebury, Indiana discovered something interesting.

"We started several tulip experiments in the fall. At first, the bulb we had planted upside down only showed roots poking out of the soil. Then last week we started to see some leaves and a stem pop out. Today we had to dig it up to see what was going on underneath the soil. Wow! This plant did a complete u-turn under the ground!"
