Blue-headed Vireo
Returning from winter in Cental America, the first Blue-headed Vireos were reported in Tennessee this week. These birds of northeastern forests will migrate as far north as Canada. Once lumped with Plumbeous and Cassin's vireos, Blue-headed Vireos are now considered as a separate species.
