Ask the Monarch Butterfly Expert
Now Through March 29, 1996

Internet Field Team members are now invited to send questions to Monarch Butterfly expert Karen Oberhauser! We have extended the deadline so that questions will be accepted now through March 29, 1996.

If you miss this deadline you will have another chance to submit questions about monarch butterflies. Please send your questions according to the instructions below between April 26 and May 10.

How to Send Your Questions

1. Address an E-Mail Message to:
jn-expert@learner.org

2. In the Subject Line of your message use the format in these examples below:

Monarch Questions: From (YOUR STATE/PROVINCE)
Monarch Questions: From New York
Monarch Questions: From British Columbia
Monarch Questions: From Alaska

This format is important. It will help us process your questions quickly and accurately.

3. In the Body of your message:

• Ask 3 good questions!! Please remember that our experts are volunteers. We don't want to overwhelm them with more questions than they can answer in the time allotted.

• Do not ask for information that is readily found in a book, or that has already been provided through this program.
