Data for Monday, February 20th, 1995

Greetings!

Here is this week's report from our 11 Mystery Classes. If
you're like the students in Ms. Biewald's class you might be
wondering the same things they are about Mystery Class #3.
Here are their questions:

"How do you sleep at night? Do you use thick curtains or
masks or are you use to it? How can you tell if it am or pm?
Are you in the northern or southern hemisphere? Is it warm
or cold where you are? How many hours of school do you have?
How many hours of sleep do you get? Do you always have 24
hours of sunlight? What kind of animals do you have? What
kind of vegitables do you grow?"

As you plot this week's information on your graph see if you
can determine these things:

1) Where is photoperiod changing at the fastest rate?

2) In which places is it increasing? Decreasing?

Need a Clue?
On the first day of spring we'll begin to provide weekly
clues that will help you figure out where on earth these
places are!
