Seeking info about Confucius and philosophy

We are students at Cate School involved in a comprehensive study of
Confucianism. We would appreciate any information you could give us
about the following questions:
What are the roles/differences between men and women in this religion?
What is the life of a religious believer like, rituals, diet etc.?
Could you describe any ceremonies or rituals involved?
Anything else you may happen to know or find interesting concerning this
broad subject.
