BALD EAGLE: Questions for the Bald Eagle expert

These questions were formulated through using a group process with Mrs.
Kerska's 6th grade at Bangor Elementary School, Bangor, Wi. I am sending
via my home e-mail, but have my class registered with my school e-mail
address: KERSKA@aol.com. Here are their three questions:
1. How do scientists test Bald Eagle's navigational patterns?
2. Out of all the eagles that migrate, how many make it to their
destination?
3. Why are Bald Eagles considered the most important bird in America?
They seem to receive lots of attention. What about smaller species
of birds and concern for their well-being?
Thanks for giving us this opportunity to participate in this wonderful project!
