Hi. My name is Sonam Mehra. Here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, we
haven't seen any sign of spring yet. Our tulips haven't come up from the
ground yet but we are looking forward to seeing the beautiful tulips soon.
We planted the tulips around the flagpole in front of our schoollast
September. We are hoping they will make the flagpole even prettier. We
only had one rainstorm here in January. The next day it was cold. When the
rain hit anything, it froze. It was so cold all the schools in Minnesota
were closed on February 2. Whenever I looked outside I could only see snow
and icicles. It looked like crystals everywhere. I hope I can see the
beautiful tulips soon. I hope the weather did not affect or damage the
tulips. BYE!!
