"Such a sight, such a city! Cross the bridge in either direction and you're here in our nation's capital. We have so many people that they say we're no longer a city. Instead, we're a prefecture or a metropolitan area. Whatever you call us, our population will swell even more when games return for the first time in over 50 years."
