The Season Begins

"My husband and I saw our first monarch of the season today! She was laying eggs on our native milkweed (Asclepias viridis). We had waited so long for this day! Such a joy to see her fluttering and flying buoyantly, going diligently about finding fresh milkweed plants. So thankful they have come and amazed at their beauty and incredible journey."
