9/28 I drove south from Mountainburg on Hwy 71 about 11 miles at 1 p.m.. I saw about 30 Monarchs flying southish. Unfortunately, I hit several Monarchs as did a car in front of me. 9/29 I drove the same route at about 11:30 a.m.and saw only 3 Monarchs. It is long sleeve weather today but wasn't yesterday. Hope this helps. Will look again tomorrow.
