all day, ballooning spiders and large dragon flies as far and high as we could see. webs with and without spiders were floating north on calm thermal air currents. some drifted on to the house and trees and others just kept on floating past. they were also observed 15 miles southeast of Terrell. The sky was filled with strands of silk.
The weather has been like spring and just had 5 inches of rain in the past 2 days. There is to be a report on the news tonight about the ballooning spiders. Dallas Tx. news TV
