Emmetsburg, Iowa Catholic School fifth graders planted 19 Red Emperor Tulips on the 17th of October. The temperature is 53 degrees and it is sunny with strong prairie winds. We also palnted several right next to the building on the south side, we planted a few more on the north side for comparison purposes.
