Several of the students from Myatt, Hutchins, and Northside Elementary Schools in Mrs. Buss's G/T classes from El Campo, TX have been spotting many monarch butterflies the past two weeks. We are raising some monarch caterpillars in school. Some have recently hatched from their eggs and we hope to find many more. We are feeding them milkweed plants. It is so amazing to see how tiny they are and how fast they can grow.
