We had beautiful weather for planting tulips today. Before we planted we weighed and measured our bulbs. We also planted some experimental bulbs. One was planted in the shade, one deeper, one sideways, one upside down, one under a rock and 2 were cut in half, the halves were traded and planted together! The kids came up with some very good ideas. We will also dig some up at different stages to observe their progress. I had some wonderful moms to help us out.
