Yesterday with second grade(we are fifth grade) we planted tulips on the southwest side of our building where we have just finished adding a new gym. Our other tulips from last year are on the southern side. We want to see which come up the quickest. However we are having such a warm winter spring flowers are starting to bloom already. We are also 4 inches below in our normal average of moisture. It will be interesting.
