We have planted our tulips in a raised bed. While we were careful to plant the tulips as directed, we also wanted to beautify our new flagpole with a raised flower bed surrounded by a retaining wall. We are interested to see if this might have an effect upon our tulips compared with tulips planted in similar climates.
