I got home from teaching in Mequon this evening and coming down our subdivision road (Milwaukee County) noticed 5 robins and about the same number of starlings sitting in the neighbors oak tree. Last month while filling feeders at our school, I had 11 robins in the trees feeding on buckthorn berries. That same day (Jan. 25th) I had 35 robins and a handful of cedar waxwings in a tree in our adjoining subdivision.
