Our local ground hog, Brushy W. Chuck, wanted me you to know that on our very sunny Saturday, he was able to see his shadow numerous times! Then he went back to his comforter for six weeks more of snooze time.
I listened to a delightful echo duet between 2 white throated sparrows as I enjoyed the hot tub. One called from our blue spruce near the porch. The other sang echo from the nearby woods. The birds are getting more active, heard a lot of crows in the distance.
