1:20 pm EST on Sunday, February 10, 2002 saw a wave of Robins at 23 Farwell Avenue in Cumberland Center, Maine 04021
First our attention was drawn to 10 or 12 on the front lawn trying to find food through the snow. Then noticed hundreds of robins in the tree tops out back behind the house. It was about 34 degrees F and was very overcast --- a storm approaching. The birds were around for at least a half hour. How exciting - this was also our very first spotting of any robin! Spring is on it's way.
