as of this writing, i have not heard am. robins singing on territory yet. however, i'd expect them to begin any day now -- almost certainly by the last week of february, which is about when brown thrashers begin singing on territory. of course, this far south (ca. 60 mi N of gulf coast), all of the local owls have already fledged young, woodpeckers and red-shouldered hawks and some great egrets are on nests right now, and vultures are not far behind. by the first week of march, the few local american robins that we have will be breeding. there is still an abundance of migratory am. robins present. they'll probably depart between march 1-15.
