A WAVE (30 +) of robins, accompanied by a flock (20-30) of cedar waxwings, arrived in our back yard about 9:35 a.m. They enjoyed some berries but spent most of their time in our small fountain pool getting drinks and taking baths. Took some digital pictures. Some are good, but they don't show the full impact because I was going for close ups. This was our first experience seeing such a wonderous sight. Thanks to this web site we learned a lot about what we saw. Hope we can report more sighting in the future.
