We have now seen small groups of robins at various locations around town. The robins are typically somewhat jumpy, flighty, and unsettled. Congregations by berry bushes are noted, and also by a stream at a local golf course. No group has exceeded about 6.

Our weather is very cold and windy. It was about 20 degrees yesterday. Today will be about 40.

We're keeping a close watch, and have a feeling that larger waves will soon appear. We'll see!
