Yesterday I saw a male robin sitting on the chain link fence in the shady part of my back yard. In this area is my net covered fish pond. Many birds visit the pond; with the netting in place they can bathe & drink. There is also much evidence (hills) where earth worms have emerged.

Also around the middle of last month (approx. 2/15) I saw another male robin in the same vacinity sitting on a rock.
