Today, March 12, I spotted 3 monarch's in my yard in San Antonio, Bexar County Texas. The sighting occurred at approximately 9:30 am. Since I did not see them up close - I could be mistaken. since I did not see them up close - I could be mistaken. However, I will look for them today and through the weekend. We raise monarchs for school projects occasionally and have flowering milkweed in pots that made it through the freeze - I will continue to watch.
