Probable first migratory monarchs in Rio Grande Valley

Dave Hanson reported seeing 4 Monarchs flying north at about 50ft. altitude
on Tuesday March 12 in Mission, Hidalgo Co., TX. (This is just a few day shy of the Ides of March when I spotted a probable
first Monarch at Roma, Starr Co., TX a few years ago.)
