On Thursday, March 14, 2002 about 3:00 PM I noticed the first chipmunk to emerge from hibernation this year. Definitely one sign that spring might come!
The chipmunk had a very confused look on his/her face. We just broke a snowfall record and the chipmunk was probably wondering what was all the white stuff!
