I had 3 Monarchs here in Live Oak County (Swinney Switch) this past week (approximating date on 3/17 as 3/13/02).
Did not look overly worn, (couldn't catch them) so I am not sure if they are
up from Corpus Christi, or Mexico. I would venture they are from Corpus
Christi, as they have had Monarchs since January at a few of the nursery's.
Last hard freeze knocked out even the wildflowers growing here, but...they
are all starting to bloom again.
