We went to our Outdoor Classroom on March 7 to check on the tulips we had planted for JNorth. We were pleased to see that they were growing nicely and full of buds. We were very surprised to see a Mourning Cloak butterfly fly up from the leaf litter. It was the second one we have seen - both on very warm days. We are waiting and watching for the Monarchs to come back.
